I just bought this little car a couple of weeks ago, but I'm so excited about it I felt compelled to complete this survey. I've always been a diehard Toyota/Honda/Nissan man. My 1989 Toyota Van died, the a/c was broken anyway, and I needed a cheap, reliable, simple car for commuting. Well, this little Suzuki-engined wonder has blown me away. The best $500 I ever spent! If you can swallow your pride and drive an admittedly "uncool" car, go for the Metro/Suzuki Swift. I'd love to find a convertible in good shape (I have a 2-door hatchback). No leaks, no oil burning, COLD (TOO cold) A/C, tight suspension. Short on frills, long on value. |
